Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Humanity for All and Lattakia Health Directorate to Develop Medical Laboratories


As part of ongoing efforts to support the healthcare sector in Syria, and within the framework of Humanity for All’s project to develop laboratories in Syrian hospitals, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Humanity for All (represented by Dr. Ayman Al-Yassouf) and the Directorate of Health in Lattakia (represented by Dr. Khalil Agha).


The memorandum outlines the provision of advanced and modern laboratory equipment to several hospitals in Lattakia Governorate, thereby enhancing laboratories’ ability to deliver precise and effective services. The agreement also includes training medical staff on the use of these devices, in addition to equipping laboratories with a comprehensive automation system that facilitates their work and improves the efficiency and quality of healthcare services provided to citizens.


This collaboration reflects Humanity for All’s commitment to strengthening medical infrastructure and empowering national healthcare professionals, contributing to higher quality services in Syria and keeping pace with global developments in the healthcare sector.
