As part of the #OnePulse campaign and in partnership with Humanity for All, a laryngectomy surgery was successfully performed at Idlib University Hospital by:
Dr. Zulfikar Hammo
Dr. Wahhab Khayyat
Both are ENT surgery specialists and members of the Syrian German Medical Association (SGMA).
In addition, a Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials (BAEP) device was provided to Idlib University Hospital, accompanied by a training workshop for resident doctors on usage and auditory neurological diagnostics.
