As part of efforts to enhance the capacity of healthcare workers and support community health services, Humanity for All Organization organized a training session for 150 community health workers in Idlib and Aleppo, as part of its epidemic response.

The training aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to strengthen community healthcare, particularly in areas suffering from a shortage of healthcare services, and to provide an effective response during disease outbreaks. The training covered a range of topics, including disease prevention, health awareness, emergency response management, and patient care, including mental health support.

This course is an important step in enhancing the role of community health workers in providing primary healthcare and raising health awareness among local populations. The organization continues its efforts to support the healthcare sector and provide ongoing training to improve the quality of health services in areas affected by crises and epidemics.
